If you are unsatisfied with the purchase you have made, You may request a return for any unopened items purchased within thirty (30) days of the invoice date for US and Canada customers, and sixty(60) days from the invoice date for customers outside US and Canada. This written request is to be submitted to: returns@PolarNATURALS.com . Please note that the full refund does not include any return shipping or handling costs.
It is our recommendation that the returned product(s) are shipped using the insured mail as Polar Naturals cannot be held responsible for items that were never receive. Polar Naturals reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
